Return Policy

You can send the product back to me at your expense, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Packaging and shipment costs will be paid by the customer. Please note, any damage incurred on the product due to improper packaging while returning, will result in no-refund to the customer.

Refunds processed against returns will not include the charges paid towards shipping/logistics at the time of placing the order, except in case where the product received had damage/defect during the time of delivery.

The refund will only be initiated upon inspection of the product when received back.

The respective refunded amount will reflect in your account in 5-7 working days after we have received the product.
Please note, a transaction cost of 2% of your total invoice value will be non-refundable.
